Wow, thanks for such kind words. I knew that there was a good reason for joining the blogosphere. Well, let me tell you something. When I first met my fiance (He was in New York on vacation after his Army service), I was vaguely interested in making Aliyah. But, it was such an in the future sort of thing. You know, like maybe I'll do it down the road, after I finish getting all my degrees. However, after dating my fiance and thinking things over for a while and some other interesting twists of fat, I saw that now was the time to go. Why do I tell you this? Don't think that just b/c your mate isn't interested right now in Aliyah doesn't mean she won't be. I too hope your dream comes true, b/c you know as well as I do that this country is a dream to live in.
I love the French Hill also and couldn't imagine living anywhere else in Jerusalem. It's quiet, pretty, and close to school. Very nice neighborhood. Anyways, I hope you continue to read the blog and comment. And, I hope that you return to the French Hill. Thanks.
