Once Again, Palestinian Definition of Truce Revealed To the World In A Bloody Tangle of Limbs & Dead Bodies
Yesterday morning's suicide attack was so blatant in its goals and strategies as to border on the ridiculous. Fatah's and Hamas' fighting, clashes, civil war, or whatever the press wants to call it these days, has continued to increase, costing the lives of dozens upon dozens of Palestinians. Soon, there will be no turning back, and these two will fight until the last man, woman, or child, is left standing. Yesterday morning was nothing but a last ditch effort to get Israel "back in the game", so as to protract their internal conflict a little while longer. As with this past summer, they planned to unite the Palestinians to fight against the common enemy: The Zionist Entity calling itself Israel. As this past summer proved, it is merely a temporary solution stalling the train on the way to its eventual destination. I mean, it was just amateur hour, and I say this with total respect and sadness out of those that died. But, this operation completely went against any standard protocol these terrorists use when employing suicide bombers. They sent this punk kid out on his own, instead of driving him to the destination. They relied on his wherewithal, a 21 year old kid with no knowledge of anything in Israel and had probably never left Gaza in his young life, to get to what they called a "strategic target". He hitchhiked with an Israeli to Eilat, the complete opposite direction that he was supposed to go. Thank G-d, he didn't know anything about Eilat and hadn't planned on being there. If he had been prepped for Eilat, they would have sent him to the hotel and tourist area. Instead, he wondered into the first "populated" place he found, probably crapping his pants the whole way. I don't demean at all the 3 people who died yesterday, but this wreaks of utter pathetic desperation on the part of Fatah. That's right, the group the whole Western world insists is the "moderate" of the terrorist organizations. Al-Aksa was simply following Mr. Moderate himself, Abu Mazen's, orders. At a speech last week, one very much edited for Western readers, Abbas urged the crowd to stop turning their guns on each-other and instead to unite and turn their guns against the occupation: Israel. The one that the President of the United States, Prime Minister of Britain, and any other Western leader, including Israel's own current leadership, calls the ONLY ONE that can be negotiated with to bring "peace" between Israel and the Palestinians gave a carte blanche command to the Palestinian people to turn their guns against Israel, and it was caught on the international media (of course, edited later). Only a naive and hopelessly irrational fluff would think that that statement meant anything other than a green light to commit terrorist acts against Israelis, including suicide bombings. Fatah's "military wing" (I put it in quotation marks because separating the two entities as if they're two heads on the same person, with one completely separate and detached from the other is completely ridiculous. It would be like saying that the United States Armed Forces is the military wing of the U.S. government, and it acts outside the knowledge and orders of the people that it's connected to under the same name. Al-Aksa Martyr's Brigade is Fatah's army. To think that the "military wing" has no connection to "political branch" is totally stupid and completely disregards the design of these types of groups. They answer to ONE person, and that is the head of the group. Case in point: Hamas. The head of the "military wing" is Mashal, and the head of the "political wing" is Haniyeh. Isn't it funny and interesting that when it comes to any important decision, Haniyeh always consults and listens to the orders of Mashal...?) was simply following their commander's orders. READ THE REST...
As long as no legitimate political force is in power within the Palestinian Authority, self destruction is only a matter of time. It is not a matter of if but when. In a culture that was built and remains hopelessly dependent on a tribal and clan system, what is going on now is merely a logical extension of the Palestinian created reality. They want no help in creating a legitimate government and have created a half-hazard circus freak-show version of a government. It is a terrorist run dictatorship with-out any country. This might as well be a battle between the crips and the bloods, because this is not a power battle between two viable entities, where the winner can actually run and control a stable working government. This merely a case of 2 glorified gangs, posing as politicians, and thugs and Mafiosos fighting for territorial control. They couldn't give a rat's a$$ about the Palestinian people's well-being, and they never have. This is a case of two mongrel dogs fighting over the scraps at the dinner table, and they'll infect any-one that comes near them with rabies, including their own pack. The world and the liberal rainbow watchers with the rose colored glasses are NOT doing the Palestinians any good or any favors by pretending the situation is better than it is or that all the fault lays with the evil Israelis. Repeatedly selling snake oil and pipe dreams to the Palestinian people by promising that all will be well and all will be magically wonderful if only they would get their own country only sets them up for failure. What needs to be stressed and pounded into the heads of the Palestinian people is that success will only come from within, and they have to change themselves before they can create a viable thriving country. Without this transformation, if the Palestinians were to get their own state tomorrow, what is happening today would be inevitable. They would simply tear the place apart. The world needs to face reality, or they and the Palestinian people will suffer the consequences and Israel will just be living next to another neighbor wrought and destroyed by civil war and tribal destruction. Israel will continue to be successful while Palestine will merely turn into another third world country on the path to self-destruction, and the world will nobody to blame but themselves.

Truce again: Suicide bombing in Eilat
We have had another lesson in Palestinian Arabic. Once again we have been taught the meaning of Hudna (truce).
The murder of three Israelis in Eilat by a Palestinian suicide bomber will cause hardly a stir in world capitals. The UN Human Rights Council will not condemn anyone for it, except possibly Israel, nor will angry and righteous young ladies write about "genocide" plans and ethnic cleansing programs of the Palestinian reactionary imperialist warmongers in American journals and online media such as Counterpunch. No former U.S. Presidents will write books entitled "Palestine: Peace not Apartheid" condemning the evil, land greedy and violent benighted fanatics who perpetrated this act.
The deed was nonetheless committed by the Islamic Jihad, a reactionary organization, acting on behalf of their reactionary imperialist paymasters the Tehran, in order to foment war. The deed was committed during the "truce" between the Palestinians and Israel, and applauded by the reactionary Hamas movement, which is in charge of Palestinian affairs:
Fawzi Barhoum called the attack a "natural response" to Israeli military policies in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, as well as its ongoing boycott of the Hamas-led Palestinian government. "So long as there is occupation, resistance is legitimate," he said.
Of course, if you press him, Mr. Barhoum would tell you that Eilat, like Tel Aviv and Haifa, is part of "occupied Palestine" in his view. The fact that the Palestinians undertook to honor a truce, a "Hudna," means nothing to him. Tomorrow he, or similar apologists, will be asking for more Hudna. Barhoum did not even try to resort to the facile and obvious defense, that the act was committed by a rival organization. We will be told that if Israel will only withdraw to the 1967 borders, there will be a Hudna. A Hudna just like this one. For no sooner will Israel withdraw, then the bombs will start exploding, and the spokesman will again be explaining, "So long as there is occupation, resistance is legitimate." As this year is the fortieth anniversary of the Six Day War, it is well to remember that in the first months of 1967 there were over 120 terror incidents. Israel did not occupy a single millimeter of Gaza or the West Bank. Israel does not occupy any of the Gaza Strip now either. Indeed the Islamic Jihad were more frank than their Hamas counterparts. They announced that the murder:
"underscores the Palestinian resistance's intention to pursue Jihad (holy war) until all Palestinian lands are liberated."
Jihad, one is told, is an inner spiritual struggle, but that is apparently not the sort of Jihad that these progressive luminaries of the Islamic Jihad have in mind.
When they are done "liberating" Palestine, what then? Will the terror groups who now rule Palestinian society go on to create a model society there, like the one they are creating in Gaza, where rival gangs shoot at each other and little children, and people go hungry while aid funds are used to purchase more weapons?
When you think about Mr. Carter's book, about the mythical "Israel Lobby" that stifles criticism of Israel, about the "genocide" supposedly being perpetrated by Israel, about the "Hudna" offered by the Palestinians, remember today. Remember this bombing.
Sometimes a single act, a single fact, can shine the correct light on what seemed to be a complex moral dilemma, and make it simple and crystal clear. Does it take the light of an exploding suicide bomber to show us the simple truth?

Hola, Olah.
I read in one of the newspaper articles (sorry, I forgot which one), that this guy trained for 7 months to carry out this "operation."
It got me thinking... What was there to train for? All he had to do was enter Israel, face the sunrise, and thumb a car going towards his left, and he'd have reached his destination.
Are the palestinians so stupid that they cannot even do that?
It's no wonder, then, that they cannot build a society, or even stop shooting each other.
It's a bit of an exaggeration to use the word "trained". Based on Palestinian society, this guy has been "trained" since he was born. He has been inculcated with voices of hate and death since birth. Training for this consisted probably mostly of religious intoxication and propaganda. No matter what you've been taught. It takes some hard core convincing to get a guy to kill themselves. You may grow up screaming how much you want to be a "martyr", but there's a huge gap between posing and doing. They have to do a lot to reinforce your choice, so you don't back out.

So rather than train, they brainwash. It's still a pretty sick society. I still have trouble understanding why the world wants Israel to live peacefully with people who only want to kill us...
Oh, you and I are very much in agreement with each-other.
