The husband and I wish y'all an easy and meaningful fast. If we have ever done anything to hurt, harm, or insult any of you, please grant us forgiveness. We certainly forgive all of you.

The fast was deep, and not too hard, and even my 4yr old tried it out: After kol nidre (about 4 hours after dinner) she said, "Abba, on Yom Kippur, you are not allowed to eat, and I haven't eaten in a long time, and I'm hungry!"
